Andrew Pike (Netherlands) is a business and intangible asset valuation specialist with 20 years investment industry experience and more than 13 years valuation advisory and corporate finance experience. He has been involved in cross border valuation issues in America, Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. Andrew is a CFA charterholder, ASA accredited senior appraiser in business valuation and Nederlands Instituut voor Register Valuators accredited Register Valuator (RV). He is chairman of ASA Europe’s education committee, vice president of ASA Europe, serves on the International Institute of Business Valuers (IIBV) Education & Marketing Committees and in various voluntary roles at CFA Netherlands. Andrew is a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam where he developed the CFA Level 1 prep program and appears as a guest lecturer at several Dutch universities on valuation topics.

Bastiaan Reinink (Utrecht & London) is responsible for derivatives and risk modelling with 10 years of experience in banking, insurance and consulting. Bastiaan’s mission is to create models that give the required insight in complex matters without distraction of the complexity of the model itself. Dick has written a number of articles for publications such as International Transfer Pricing Journal, Tax Management Transfer Pricing Report and CFO Magazine. He has been named numerous times as one of the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors. Dick has taught transfer pricing and risk management courses for organizations such the University of Utrecht and the IBFD.

Ray Moran (New York) is CEO of MG Valuation and has 34 years experience with International valuation firms. He lived and worked in China, was CEO of a valuation business in Japan, and helped start an operation in Singapore. Ray is an ASA and MRICS designated valuer. He has an academic degree in Valuation Sciences from Hofstra University, and is a frequent speaker and author on valuation topics worldwide. Ray serves on the Board of the International Institute of Business Valuers (IIBV), and Chairs the IIBV Marketing Committee, is past editor of the ASA Machinery & Technical Specialties Journal, and past member of RICS Americas Plant Machinery Committee.
Sebastiaan Mullens (Netherlands) is a business and data analyst. He graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business and is a dual masters degree candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management in Strategic Management and Finance & Investments. Sebastiaan is also a Bachelor of Science candidate in Japan Studies at Leiden University and a CFA candidate. He is fluent in both Dutch and English, and conversationally proficient in Japanese.
